Already a SmartHub user?
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the My Profile tab. Select My Information.
  3. Turn OFF Printed Bill Status.
Not a SmartHub user?
  1. Create a SmartHub account now. You'll need your account number to sign up.
  2. Once yo have successfully logged in to SmartHub, go to the My Profile tab. Select My Information. Select Update My Printed Bill Setting.
  3. Turn OFF Printed Bill Status.
