Trustees Election
Co-op Ballot, an independent election services vendor, administers the elections for Carroll Electric, ensuring the highest integrity of results. Co-op Ballot reports results to the Carroll Electric Cooperative staff only after all votes have been tabulated.
This year’s voting period opened Sept. 1 and closed Sept. 27 during the annual meeting. All members were allowed one vote per district, regardless of the district where the member resides.
Members could also vote by calling 855-340-1786 to vote by phone or request a mail-in ballot. Members also had the ability to vote in-person at the annual meeting on Sept. 27. There is only one vote per membership. If secondary votes are submitted, only the first will be counted.

2025 Annual Meeting Agenda
The Carroll Electric Annual Membership Meeting was held Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, at the Carroll County Fairgrounds.
Registration began at 8:45 a.m., followed by Q&As with board members, operations, and Right-of-Way staff. Members could also vote in-person at this time if they had not already voted.
The business meeting will began at 9:30 a.m., and the voting closed around 10 a.m. Each member who voted or attended the annual meeting will receive a $10 energy credit on November's bill. At the conclusion of the business meeting, those in attendance had the opportunity to win additional energy credits during a drawing. Winners of this drawing can be found in the November edition of the Ohio Cooperative Living magazine.
