Geothermal--Conditions and Requirements of Rebate

By signing this agreement, I consent and agree to participate in Carroll Electric's Geothermal Rebate Program. I have read and understand the terms and requirements as specified in the Geothermal Rebate Agreement. 
By signing this agreement, I consent and agree to participate in Carroll Electric's Appliance Rebate Program. I have read and understand the terms and requirements as specified in the Heat Pump Rebate Agreement. 
An inspection of the exterior unit is required for this application. Your presence is not required. However, do you want us to call you to schedule a time for this inspection?
