Request an Energy Audit
Carroll Electric Cooperative conducts energy audits for all members by request. During an audit, a knowledgeable employee evaluates your home or business to make sure it is operating efficiently.
The energy advisor researches your past energy usage and performs an on-site inspection. During the on-site inspection, the auditor checks your air conditioner and heater, appliances, windows and doors and other factors that might affect your power usage.
Since we monitor your current energy by using energy-recording devices and can evaluate your peak usage hours, the audit typically takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
The summer is very busy for us, but it's also a great time to perform an energy audit. We ask that you call in advance to set up an audit.
