Payment of Your Electric Bill
For your convenience, your electric bill can be paid in any of the following manners:
- Postal Service - use the return envelope provided in your service bill statement.
- At Carroll Electric Cooperative offices - Member may come into the office or use our convenient drive-thru window.
- Night-deposit box - Located in the drive-through lane closest to the main office building.
- Credit Card - Either call our office at (330)-627-2116 or 800-232-7697. Members may also use a credit card by stopping by the office during our operating hours.
- NEW! Online - We now offer online payment methods. There is a link at the top of every page of this site that will direct you to the online bill pay site.
- We now take payments by check via phone, online or through the call center.
At this time, we do not offer satellite pay stations

Important Dates to Remember
- Last Day of each month - Electric Bill is Mailed
- 15th of Each Month - Bill Payment Due
*If paying bill through the Postal Service, please allow time for bill to arrive by the 15th.
Avoid Problems; Make Arrangements
Most people are able to make bill payments on time. We understand that occasionally a problem can arise that makes it difficult to pay on time. Should this occur, make payment arrangements by calling our office at (330)-627-2116 or 800-232-7697.
