Annual Meeting
Each year in August or September an Annual Meeting of the members of Carroll Electric Cooperative is held to inform the membership of the financial and operating condition of the cooperative. At this meeting you may exercise your right to elect members to serve on the Board of Trustees and vote on amendments to the cooperative's Code of Regulations.
Your attendance at this meeting is important for the continued success of the cooperative.
